Our trucks carry standard porta potties, deluxe flushable units, and ADA accessible porta potties that meet ADA Standards section 213.2 for site placement. Roll-off dumpsters arrive on flatbed trucks that need about 60 feet of straight clearance behind the vehicle. Restroom trailers are set up by one technician in two hours. What to tell us
Write down your site address, job start date and equipment rental duration before you call. If the job is construction, count your workers or give us the crew size so we can confirm you have enough toilets. Under OSHA 1926.51(c), a standard rule is one toilet facility for 20 workers or fewer. If your site is in the public right of way in Boston, mention that too; placement needs confirming with the city. For septic pumping, have your tank location ready. We'll ask whether you've had it pumped before and how many people use the system. A grease interceptor is pumped when fats, oils, grease and solids reach 25 percent of the liquid depth, not on a calendar schedule.

What if I need a rental on short notice?
Call us. We keep units in stock across Boston and can often deliver same day for standard rentals, depending on your location and equipment type. Same-day emergency service carries a weekend premium rate.
Can I change my rental length after delivery?
Yes. Call with your new end date. Upgrading from daily to weekly or monthly pricing may apply to the remaining days. Shortening the rental means an early pickup fee.
Does the price include delivery and service visits?
Delivery is separate and varies by distance. Service visits for cleaning and pumping are included in weekly and monthly rentals under ANSI/PSAI Z4.3, the portable sanitation service standard. Daily rentals are quoted with or without service.
Do I need a permit for a dumpster in Boston?
Placement in the public right of way needs confirming with the city. We don't have the current permit requirements on file, so call the Boston city offices directly or ask us to help you navigate it when you call.
What's the difference between a standard and deluxe porta potty?
Standard units hold 60 to 70 gallons and are single-stall. Deluxe units have flushing toilets, hand wash sinks, and higher-end finishes. Both fit on a standard footprint about 44 by 48 inches on the ground. Pick deluxe for events where comfort matters and standard for job sites where durability and fast cleaning are the priority.
