Who We Serve
We work with general contractors, demolition crews, and site managers who need portable toilet rental that doesn't make excuses. A standard unit holds 60 to 70 gallons and measures about 44 by 48 inches on the ground, so it fits tight job sites without eating your entire staging area. We also deliver to event restroom rental for marathons, festivals, and weddings where the count has to be exact and uptime is not negotiable. Homeowners doing kitchen and bathroom renovations often start with one home renovation porta potty and add units as demolition pushes into week three. Facilities managers in Boston call us when their septic tank needs pumping during business hours or at 2 a.m. on a Sunday.
We keep ADA accessible porta potty units in stock because the law doesn't pause for supply chains. Under ADA Standards section 213.2, at least 5 percent of clustered single-user units must be accessible, and we size that right so you're compliant from day one. Boston Porta Pros also runs restroom trailer rental with hot water, flushing toilets, and sinks for crews that have graduated past portable units.
What We Actually Do
Start with roll-off dumpster rental for demolition and construction debris. A roll-off delivery needs about 60 feet of straight clearance behind the truck, and we'll tell you now if your site doesn't have it rather than send a driver who can't position the bin. Our dumpsters sit on your property while you fill them, then we haul them away. We also pump holding tank rental for temporary facilities and service residential septic tank pumping where a tank is typically pumped every 3 to 5 years driven by tank size and household size. Grease interceptors get pumped when fats, oils, grease and solids reach 25 percent of the liquid depth.
We deliver temporary fence rental for crowd control and site perimeter security. Storage container rental runs month to month for tools, equipment, and materials that have to stay dry. Handwashing station rental is required on many job sites: under OSHA 1926.51(a)(1), an adequate supply of potable water must be provided in all places of employment, and when you're applying paints, coatings, herbicides or insecticides, OSHA 1926.51(f)(1) mandates that washing facilities be present. Portable sinks come with soap and towels to meet 29 CFR 1910.141(d)(2).

How We Price It
Daily rental works for short jobs. Weekly is cheaper per day for jobs that run seven days or longer. Monthly rental gives the best rate per day when you're settled in for the long haul. Delivery fees, service calls, and pumping are separate line items because your site conditions are different from everyone else's. Call for a quote specific to your address and dates: we'll tell you what the actual cost is rather than guess.
How do I know how many units I need?
Read how many porta potties do I need. The rule depends on whether you're building, hosting an event, or operating a farm. OSHA 1926.51(c)(1) sets the count for construction: 1 toilet facility per 20 workers or fewer; then 1 toilet seat and 1 urinal per 40 workers from 20 up to 1 toilet seat and 1 urinal per 50 workers at 200 or more.
Can I rent a unit for just one day?
Yes. Call for porta potty rental per day pricing and availability. We service weekend events too, and that rate is different from the weekday rate because staffing a Saturday pickup costs more.
What if my site is in Somerville or Cambridge?
We serve Boston and nearby towns including Somerville 7.3 miles northwest and Cambridge 7.6 miles northwest. Call with your address and we'll quote delivery and setup.
Do you offer emergency septic pumping on nights or weekends?
Yes. Emergency septic service runs around the clock. A weekend service call costs more than a weekday call because the cost of staffing Saturday or Sunday is real.
What's the difference between a standard unit and a deluxe one?
A deluxe flushable porta potty has an electric flush, a hand soap dispenser, and interior lighting. A standard unit is a gravity toilet with a foot pedal. Both get the same pumping schedule and cleaning frequency.
